Daniel is an architect with several years of professional experience in German, American, Chinese, and Canadian architecture offices. Next to his industry work, he has a keen interest in academic discourse and extensive knowledge in architectural theory and history. Daniel publishes articles for architectural magazines in Germany, the United States, and China.
Daniel received a Master in Architecture from the Harvard Design School, where he studied with Rem Koolhaas and Yung Ho Chang. In addition, he holds a US equivalent MArch degree (Diplom-Ingenieur) from the University of Hannover, Germany.
